At Atelier Reborns Especiales, we are committed to offering high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If, for any reason, you wish to return your order, you may do so provided you meet the conditions detailed below.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of the order being shipped. Additionally, for the request to be accepted, the product must be shipped and delivered to our facilities within this period.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different reborn doll — with a different design or features — you must first return the item you received. Once the refund is processed, you can place a new order separately.

In your request, please include the full name used for the purchase and the order number so that we can process your request efficiently.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Atelier Reborns Especiales. For added security, we recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and, whenever possible, purchasing shipping insurance.

As part of the verification process, you must attach or present the proof of purchase or receipt, as this document is essential to validate the return.
